Dr. Greg Nalchajian received his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from UC Irvine in 1982. He earned his dental degree from the University of Southern California and his certificate in orthodontics from the Eastman Dental Center in Rochester, New York.

Dr. Nalchajian frequently travels internationally, giving lectures to orthodontists on orthodontic practice management and treatment for the Invisalign system. He has lectured for Align Technologies at their annual meetings and has helped hundreds of orthodontists improve their practices.

Dr. Nicole Nalchajian completed her Bachelor of Arts in Integrative Biology from UC Berkeley in 1994. She received her dental degree and certificate in orthodontics from the University of the Pacific.

Dr. Nalchajian enjoys spending time with her family and is a devoted wife to her husband, Toufik, and a loving mother to their two sons. Dr. Jamison Pawley has been practicing orthodontics for over 25 years.

Dr. Roth earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Western Ontario and completed a General Practice residency at the University of Washington. He went on to receive a Masters of Science degree in Orthodontics from the University of Alberta.

A Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada, he is also a past President of the Atlantic Orthodontists Association and is a member of the Canadian Association of Orthodontists, Canadian Dental Association, Society of Dental Specialists of Nova Scotia and the Nova Scotia Dental Association.

Dr. Ali Shojaei has been practicing orthodontics for over 16 years.

He attended the University of Toronto for his undergraduate degree, Doctorate of Dental Surgery and his Master of Science in Orthodontics. After completing a year of hospital residency at the Sunnybrook and Women’s Hospital, he attended Harvard University to complete an orthodontic mini-residency.

In addition to running his private practice in Ontario, Dr. Shojaei teaches surgical orthodontics in the graduate orthodontic program at the University of Toronto. He also acts as an orthodontic expert for the professional liability program.

Dr. Bruce Hill has been practicing orthodontics for over 30 years.

He attended the University of Saskatchewan for his dental degree, and then went on to receive his Master of Clinical Dentistry at Western University.

Dr. Hill teaches in the Graduate Orthodontics program at Western University. In 2001, he established a program with the Children’s Aid Society of London and Middlesex to treat children and teens pro-bono. To date, over 300 children have had comprehensive orthodontic treatment by Dr. Hill and his staff.

Having always had a keen interest in the treatment of special needs children and adults, Dr. Hill started a subspecialty orthodontic practice to treat patients with special needs. In 2016, he received the Alumni of Distinction award from the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry for his work in Special Needs Dentistry and Children’s Aid.

Dr. Michael Gross has been practicing orthodontics for 25 years. He is passionate about myofunctional therapy.

He attended the University of Manitoba for his dental degree. For four years, Dr. Gross practiced dentistry in the Canadian Armed Forces, before completing the Graduate Orthodontics Program at Western University with a Master of Clinical Dentistry.

Dr. Gross is a clinical professor in the Graduate Orthodontics Clinic at Western University. Dr. Jaime Rojas has been practicing orthodontics for almost 25 years.

He attended the Javeriana University Dental School in Bogota, Colombia for his dental degree and attended the University of Minnesota Dental School, Department of Orthodontics for his degree in Orthodontics.

Dr. Redigonda attended Western University for both his Bachelor of Science Degree and his Master of Clinical Dentistry specializing in Orthodontics.

He has been teaching at Western University for 28 years and is an Adjunct Clinical Professor in the Graduate Orthodontics Department. Also, he is a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada.

Dr. Mariela Anderson has been practicing orthodontics for over 10 years and dentistry for 28 years. She is passionate about giving back to her Alma Mater and mentoring young orthodontists.

Dr. Anderson attended Western University for dental school as well as for her Master of Clinical Dentistry.

She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada in addition to being an adjunct Clinical Instructor at Western University in both the graduate orthodontic and undergraduate programs. Dr. Anderson is very active in the dental and orthodontic community, having been president of her local dental society as well as the Great Lakes Assocation of Ontario representative to the American Association of Orthodontists (AAO) Council on New and Younger Members (CONYM), the CONYM Liaison to the AAO Board of Trustees and the Ontario representative on the board of the Canadian Association of Orthodontists.

Dr. Michael Goldstein has been practicing orthodontics for 18 years. He is passionate about creating confidence through smiles, being involved in the local community and having some fun while doing it!

He attended the University of Oregon for his undergraduate degree, Oregon Health & Science University for dental school, and received his Certificate in Orthodontics at Nova Southeastern University.
